About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, partnerships, digital channels, and referrals
• Manage inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
• Schedule and coordinate consultations
• Maintain CRM discipline and structured pipeline reporting
• Support conversion optimization and pricing positioning
• Collaborate with founders to refine sales processes

Marketing, Social Media & Growth
• Build and execute structured marketing campaigns (digital, LinkedIn, email, referral, webinars)
• Develop campaign calendars with measurable KPIs
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Manage and grow GloJourn’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn and other relevant platforms)
o Plan and publish content aligned with immigration updates and market trends
o Create engagement-driven posts
o Monitor analytics and improve visibility and reach
o Support founder branding initiatives where relevant
• Develop marketing collateral including:
o Service brochures
o Pitch decks
o Digital one-pagers
o Sales enablement materials
o Newsletter templates
• Coordinate newsletter strategy and execution
• Strengthen brand visibility in Hyderabad and relevant international markets

• Establish repeatable marketing and social media systems
• Build a structured, trackable lead pipeline
• Improve digital engagement and brand visibility
• Improve conversion rates month-on-month
• Contribute directly to revenue targets

Compensation
• Fixed monthly retainer aligned to experience and startup stage
• Performance-linked incentives may be structured based on revenue outcomes
• 6-month contractual engagement

Potential for Conversion:
Based on performance, business growth, and mutual alignment, this role may be considered for conversion into a full-time position at the end of the contract period.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Associate will drive revenue while building structured marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and developing foundational brand collateral.


This role requires someone who can conceptualize, execute, and measure outcomes across sales and digital growth channels.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth roles

  • Experience managing social media for business purposes

  • Strong execution capability in campaign building and sales enablement

  • Experience developing marketing materials and collateral

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and design platforms (Canva or similar)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable working in a lean, evolving startup environment

  • Experience in immigration, education consulting, or cross-border services is a plus


Language Advantage:

Ability to converse in Hindi, Telugu, and/or Arabic will be considered a strong advantage and may provide candidates with an edge in client-facing interactions.


Work Structure

  • Hybrid model

  • Minimum 2 days per week work from office in Hyderabad

  • Remaining days remote based on deliverables
