Required Documents

  • Valid passport (current + old passports if any)

  • DS-160 confirmation page (with barcode)

  • Visa appointment confirmation

  • MRV fee payment receipt

  • Passport-size photograph (as per U.S. specification, if required by post)

  • Supporting documents 

    • Proof of purpose​

    • Financial capacity 

    • Employment / Business proof 

    • Strong ties to home country 

    • If visiting relatives -

      • Invitation letter

      • Copy of their passport

      • Visa and petition (if applicable)

Process

  • Assess nature of trip (tourism, business, family visit)

  • Prepare supporting documents aligned to purpose + finances + home ties

  • Complete DS-160

  • Create visa profile & pay MRV fee

  • Book biometrics + interview

  • Attend biometrics

  • Attend interview

  • Passport returned (if approved)
