Process

  • Eligibility assessment

  • Prepare Form I-129 petition

  • Compile corporate and employee documentation

  • Submit petition to USCIS

  • Receive receipt notice

  • Respond to RFE (if issued)

  • Receive approval notice (I-797)

  • Attend visa interview (if outside U.S.)

  • Travel to the United States

 

For Blanket L cases:

  • Employer obtains blanket approval

  • Prepare Form I-129S for Blanket Petition

  • Completes DS-160

  • Pays visa fee

  • Schedules visa appointment

  • Submits Form I-129S (Certificate of Eligibility under Blanket L)

  • Attends visa interview
